Spa at Adelphi

Spa Focus

I’ve just recently come across the Spa at the Adelphi Hotel in Melbourne.

This boutique hotel is tucked away in a great little arty zone, Flinders Lane in the heart of the CBD. Every time I wander past this place I look up to see if anyone is swimming in the pool… it is situated on the roof of the building, but overhangs the edge with a glass bottom, so you can literally swim out over the side of the hotel!! Haven’t seen anyone yet…

They have a private Rasul Steam Room for couples to experience a relaxing session together.

Open 12 hours everyday, the Spa at Adelphi offers a complete range of treatments, including packages of up to 6 hours. Here’s the ultimate experience…

Start with a refreshing herbal tea (or) champagne, while you soak away your stress in a floral foot bath. Then a body scrub and wrap of your choice (Mimosa Champagne, Chocolate Truffles or Blueberries) is applied as you relax in our Turkish Rasul (Steam Room). A full body massage follows, along with a high performance Eminence facial. Then enjoy a specially prepared organic meal with fresh fruit smoothie followed by a Natures feet spa pedicure plus a spa manicure!

Skincare products used here include Eminence Organic Skincare and Australia’s own LI’TYA range.

Have you tried the Spa at Adelphi? What was it like?

I have recently had a treatment at the spa in Adelphi. I had the 'Escape for Two' with my partner. The staff were very welcoming and lovely, you could surely see they knew exactly what they were doing. The treatment was to die for! It just shows that when that extra care is taken by the therapist it makes the treatment that much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend for anyone to get a treatment at Adelphi, you will not be disappointed!
