Bring it on!

The sun is finally warming up, and we are breaking our winter shackles! It’s a great time to be exercising, and maintaining ourselves with some attention at the spa. Massage, skin treatment and nails could all do with some attention as we move into the warmer months.

Great combinations to try:

No.1

  • Body wrap or scrub
  • Swedish massage
  • Manicure and/or pedicure

This order is important as the steam treatment in the body wrap will prepare your body for the massage. In a nice relaxed state, you can then enter the massage phase with warm, supple muscles.

After the massage, you may want to retain the oil on your skin, and not have it scrubbed off. It can sit on your skin while you have your hands and feet done to polish off your session.

  • Swedish or other Massage
  • Facial
  • Pedicure

After a great massage to relax, or reducing muscle tension, lie back and regenerate under a facial. You may even find yourself drifting off to sleep with this combination.

Finally, in order to get you back on your feet, why not treat them to some therapy as well.

  • Body wrap or scrub
  • Hydrotherapy tub

A shorter session, but great for relaxing. The cleansing therapy with steam will help you to feel fresh and invigorated. Followed by the jets of a hydro tub, your muscles can get a good pounding to bring much needed relief from the cold of winter. Great for starting out the Spring!
